PCS brings a long history of IT solutions to the table. PCS’s predecessor, OKY Computers, opened in 1987 as one of the first Boulder County wholesalers of high-quality computer parts and peripherals, with first-year revenues close to $800K. By 1992 revenues had reached $2 million and the staff had grown from 2 to 11.

Productive Computer Solutions started operations in 1992 as a value-added system reseller and, in 1993 started meeting a growing need for network services and quality tech-support, increasing revenues from 60K to 850K in 1996.

On January 1, 1996, PCS and OKY merged to become Productive Computer Solutions, a division of the OKY Technology Group, Inc. Productive Computer Solutions (PCS) provides customized IT solutions to meet the unique challenges of small and medium businesses, including franchises and product developers.

Thanks to its merger with OKY, PCS has a long record of experience serving Colorado businesses. PCS’s strength is providing practical, cost-effective IT solutions that help small businesses compete with their much larger counterparts. We don’t just sell hardware and software. In March 1999, Lloyd Brady and Darrin LeBlanc purchased PCS from the previous ownership group and changed the business from a warehouse model to a BTO (Build to Order), business solutions model. PCS continues to offer its customers the same high quality solutions, hardware and networking services they've always expected. Today, PCS boasts annual revenues in the $2 - 3 Million range, and in 2003 was named the Ninth Fastest Growing Privately Held Company.
